Dear Nana,

I am nine months old today!!  Can you even believe it?  Mom's been practically in tears all day because she says I'm just growing up too fast.  I can't help it though, Nana.  Anyway, to celebrate we had pancakes for breakfast!  I ate about a quarter of a pancake on my own.  It was delicious!  I bet when you get here I will be able to eat even more than that!

I can't wait to hear all about your trip to India.

Dear Nana,

Guess what?!  We had a ward party on Friday.  The theme was The Love Boat.  It was just for adults, but Mom said I could come.  We had to dress up in our cruise gear, and boy did I dress up!  I even wore socks with my sandals....just like Papa!
We had lots of fun.  Mom and Daddy had to play the Newlywed game...and they won!  I was so proud of them.  I had lots of fun smiling and laughing with all of my friends in the ward. As usual, everyone wanted to hold me and talk to me.  Daddy even gave me a little piece of cake while Mom wasn't watching.  It was so delicious!  I wanted more, but Mom said no.  She said I can have some on my birthday.  I sure hope I can wait that long!!

Dear Nana,

I've had a pretty eventful week.  I'm still sick, but I'm feeling MUCH better then I was.  On Tuesday night I went with Mom to Relief Society Enrichment.  I loved it.  All the ladies were just passing me around the whole night, and I was flirting with every one of them.  On Wednesday I went with Mom to her Young Women presidency meeting.  Jessalyn Kelly was there, too.  She's one month older than me and one of my best friends.  While we were playing on the floor she took my binkie of out of my mouth and put it in hers!!  I didn't mind but I was a little confused.  Then I got to play around during the YW activity as well.  I love going to mutual.  All the young women just love me.

Yesterday I went to a Valentine's Day Party.  It was so much fun.  I mostly just played with Jessalyn.  And this time I tried to pull her binkie out of her mouth!  The older kids did a cupcake walk, but I didn't play since....well....I can't walk.  Plus Mom says I can't have a cupcake until my birthday.  Mom says sorry that she didn't get a picture of us both facing the camera.  She will next time!  But, don't worry, Jessalyn is a cutie.

Then today Justin came over to play!  I had such a good time.  I really wanted to be running and jumping around with him, but all I could really do is watch.  We did watch the Penguins of Madagascar and had lunch together.  I hope he comes over again soon.

And one more piece of news, Nana.  I love my Gerber Graduate Puffs!!  Mom has to give me just one at a time, though, otherwise I either swipe my arm across my Bumbo tray to knock them all to the ground or I put them ALL in my mouth.
I love you!

Dear Nana,

I'm sure Mom has told you by now but I've been feeling pretty crappy.  I've been sick with a cold for almost a month now, but things got much, much worse over the weekend.  Mom called the doctor on Monday morning and got me an appointment that evening.  I have bronchitis and infections in both ears!!  No wonder I've been feeling so yucky.  Dr. Fasullo did an albuterol treatment to help clear my lungs a bit and make it easier for me to breathe, and we got some medicine for my ear infections.  I'm already feeling a lot better.  The doctor's appointment was so overwhelming for me that I totally crashed on the way home.
Today Mom and I have mostly just been hanging around the house.  Mom doesn't want to venture out too much until I'm feeling better.  So Baxter and I have been doing all sorts of fun things like looking out the window.  I can't wait for summer so Bax and I can play in the backyard.  Plus, you'll be here, too, Nana!

Dear Nana,

I found the mother load!  Mom's going to have to get a bit more creative with her "baby proofing."
