Dear Nana,
We are moving in almost one week!!! Yikes! Daddy's been out of town this week again, so Mom and I have been busy packing up. It's a lot of work. I try to be very helpful, but last night I finally had to go to Grandma Forsberg's house for a few hours so Mom could really focus on the packing. I was happy for the packing break. Mom said she'd like to box me right up and send me to Thailand for the next couple weeks! Wouldn't that be great, Nana?! Luckily Mom takes after you when it comes to organized packing. We've got totes galore. We even bought some Austin-sized ones yesterday for the clothes I've already grown out of.

Dear Nana,
I ate some delicious rice cereal today!! Well, I actually didn't think it was too delicious. In fact, I thought it was quite gross. I spit most of it out. And it got more and more disgusting every bite that Mom shoveled into my mouth. She says eventually I'll learn to like it. I doubt it.

Dear Nana,
We're at Nana and Papa Spader's house again! I love it when we come here. We got here last night. I wasn't too tired when we arrived because I had slept for most of the drive up here. Mom let me watch the last half of Dancing With The Stars with Nana and Papa. I even helped Nana vote. Today Nana and Papa were gone all day (they went to the temple and then to a play). Mom and I hung around the house for a little while. I got to play in the walker that Nana brought home from the Island. Mom said it's probably 20 years old. She wouldn't let me chew on the tray because she said you could practically see the germ pileup. So, as you can see, I was forced to chew on my giraffe toy. I also spent some time relaxing in Papa's lounging chair. It was nice and comfy.
Then in the afternoon Parker came over and we went to the pumpkin patch! I think Mom and Aunt Carmen were more excited about getting pictures of us than they were about looking around at the pumpkins and hay bales. Mom didn't even let me take a pumpkin home with me. The little ones were only $0.50! She said that maybe when it gets close to Halloween I can get one. I sure hope so. Do they have pumpkins in Thailand? Do they even celebrate Halloween? Do you have a costume? I'm going to be a frog. Mom cannot wait to put me in my costume.

Dear Nana,

I just couldn't do it! I was just so sleepy! I stayed awake through all of Sacrament meeting. But don't worry, I slept during most of Sunday School. That made Mom happy.
P.S. Today is 10/10/10. Cool, huh?

Dear Nana,
I haven't written you for a week!! I've had so much to tell you, but we've been very busy and I wasn't near a computer for most of the week. Daddy left on a business trip last Sunday and he doesn't get back until this afternoon. Well, Mom knew that we were going to be just bored to death by ourselves all week. So, we decided to go on a mini vacation! We went to Aunt Maren's house in Pullman, Washington. I was so excited to see my cousins Braden and Brody. I was only one month old the last time I saw them!
Mom was a little nervous about how I would do on the long drive. We left early on Monday morning. I spent the first hour looking around outside, but then I got very sleepy. We stopped in Kennewick, Washington, and Mom fed me and took a potty break. Then we finished the drive. I slept for most of the last half, too.
Mom forgot to get gas while we were taking our break. When she remembered she just thought, "Oh well, we'll just get it in the next town." But guess what, Nana?!?! There were absolutely NO gas stations the rest of the way! The gas light came on and the GPS said we still had at least 25 miles to go. Mom was very nervous. She said a little prayer and we did end up making it to the first gas station in Pullman. Mom breathed a huge sigh of relief and said another prayer to thank Heavenly Father for watching over us.
Soon we got to Aunt Maren's and the party began! I loved to watch Braden and Brody, and I really loved playing with their toys. We spent lots of time outside enjoying the last of the warm weather. We also did a little shopping (Mom scored some great deals at Old Navy for me -- 50% off the clearance price. She got me lots of shorts for next year for $0.73!!), and we even went to story time at the library. It was just so much fun! Unfortunately, we had to drive back Thursday after lunch. I was, again, a perfect angel on the drive back. Mom says I tutored her the last hour, but after being in the car for 5 hours already I was just ready to be there!
We spent yesterday taking care of a few errands and getting back into our routine. Today we've mostly been counting down the hours until we go pick up Daddy. I can't wait! I've missed him so much!!
I miss you, too, Nana. And I love you.

Dear Nana,
The Cougs had a pretty disappointing loss this weekend. Daddy says their just not a very good football team this year. We'll still watch every game, of course, but we're also rooting for the Oregon Ducks. Their one of the top teams in the nation this year. We went over to my friend Brooklyn's last night after Daddy got home from Priesthood session to watch the Ducks play against Stanford. And they won! I actually didn't watch too much of it. I played with Brooklyn and then went to bed. Brooklyn is six months older than me. She likes me a lot, but she's a little overbearing sometimes. Mom says I better just get used to it because that's what happens to handsome boys.
P.S. We took Daddy to the airport this afternoon. He'll be in Rhode Island all week. We're going to be so bored! I wish you were here to play with us. Oh and also, I rolled from my tummy to my back three times!
